Save Fanen: A 3 Year Old Boy Collapsed On Fire, Got Fatally Burned and Needs Your Support

Fanen Terhemen, a 3 year old boy who is resident with his parents in Adikpo, Kwande, is a victim of burns. He needs your help to raise money to amputate his already infected hands before it poses more danger to him.

Fanen, unknowingly walked into the kitchen and collapsed on fire, from which food had just been prepared. Since no one was by, his cry for help only reached people minutes later when reasonable damage had already been done to his body.

Due to his parents poverty, it is difficult for him to access proper medication and coupled with the ongoing strike at the Federal Medical Centre, Makurdi. His father had decided to take him back to the village before they were opportune to come across the famous Facebook philanthropist and my dear friend – Ukan Kurugh (same name on facebook).  

Ukan has over the years helped source funds, help, and relief materials to those in dire need of them. He is selfless and honest in all his dealings that many call him a brother like no other.

Fanen's total bill that would include; orthopedic surgery and amputation, anaesthesia, skin grafting, facial reconstruction, laboratory and bed fees and clinical investigations has been estimated to cost N365,500.00 (Three hundred and sixty five thousand, five hundred Naira)

We therefore appeal to the consciences of good Nigerian men and women to come to his aid.
