Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai is the incumbent Governor of Kaduna State and former Director General of The Bureau of Public Enterprises, the head privatization agency in Nigeria and also the former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja from 16 July 2003 to 29 May 2007.Lt. After retirement from the army he became Chairman of the Board of Directors of UAC of Nigeria, retiring on 1 January 2010 at age 70.
He was also Chairman of the board of UPDC (property development), a director of Stanbic IBTC Bank and MTS first Wireless, and a member of the board of Acorn Petroleum. He received the national Honour, Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger.

He is the Minister of Agriculture and Rural development. As of 2009, he was chairman and managing director, Efugo Farms, Makurdi, and a member of Eisenhower Exchange Fellowships Incorporated, based in Philadelphia, United States of America.
Dr. Ndidi Nnoli-Edozien - Lead Rapporteur
She is the Founder and President of the Growing Businesses Foundation, GBF, Nigeria’s largest bottom of the pyramid platform which has been managing CSR Projects for multinational corporations. Her status as a social entrepreneur has been recognized by the Bertelsmann AG to whom she is affiliated as a Reinhard Mohn Fellow.
At the Africa Conference on Women in Governance, Business and Community Leadership and Women of Influence Awards in London 2010, she received the African Star Excellence Award in Business Development
