Chief of Air Staff Sadiq Abubakar Vows To Intensify Bombing In Northeast and South-South Nigeria

The Nigerian Air Force has promised to intensify its onslaught against the Boko Haram insurgency in the Northeast region. Speaking during an operational visit to the
Air Force Base in Port Harcourt Thursday (23/07/2015), Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Sadiq Abubarkar assured Nigerians that “no stone will be left unturned in the fight against Boko Haram insurgents in the Northeast.” The Chief of Air Staff also vowed to crush crime perpetrators in the South-South region of the country.  “All hands are on deck to ensure that the Air Force in Nigeria restrategise for air combat in the nation’s renewed effort to clamp down on insurgency in the North-east, as well as deal with security challenges in the Niger-Delta.” Abubakar assured Nigerians
