Daniel Onjeh Losses Again To Senate David Mark

The re-run Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Makurdi today, has struck out the petition of the All Progressives Congress' candidate, Daniel Onjeh, against Senator David Mark.
Ruling on the petition, Justice Chinyere Gloria Anulube described it as 'defective and incurably bad', maintaining that the tribunal lacks the jurisdiction to entertain the suit. The tribunal held that the petition was filed after the stipulated 21 days, as enshrined in the constitution

Please ehn, how can a serious lawyer file a case after the legitimate time frame? Is it incompetence or there is more to it? Many cases have been lost because of this same technicality. Anyway congratulations Senator David Mark
