Fight Breaks Out At 2015 Prostitutes Election



The 2015 election of National Association of Nigerian Prostitutes, NANP, was marred with violence. It was learnt that the election which held at a popular hangout along Lasu-Iba road on saturday, ended with voilence on sunday when former secretary of the ssociation Jessica Elvis was declared winner.
It was gathered that Elvis polled 300 votes to defeat the incumbent, Madam Felix Efoyo, who garnered 153 votes and Nasarawa State Coordinator, Tamar Tion who got 63 votes. Madam Efoyo rejected the election result, revolted and accused the Franca ‘Top Up’ Chikam led 2015 electoral committee of rigging her out. In the cause of an argument, fight broke out and one person believed to be loyal to Efoyo broke a bottle and stabbed one of their members.
